CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) - earned through accomplishments in education, experience and volume of transactions, this designation is considered the "PHD" of Real Estate. It is the highest designation that can be awarded to a Residential Realtor. In fact, only about 4% of all licensed Realtors can claim this designation. 
ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) - earned through classroom study and practical experience, this coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) to Realtors providing quality services and excellence in Buyer representation.
