Hilliard City Schools Earns “Excellent with Distinction” Designation - Four Years in a RowLowest Cost Per Pupil of “Excellent with Distinction” Districts in Central, Ohio

For the fourth consecutive year, Hilliard City Schools will earn the state’s top rating of “Excellent with Distinction” when the 2010-11 Local Report Card (LRC) data is released later this week by the Ohio Department of Education (ODE). In addition, 21 schools earned a rating of “Excellent” or “Excellent with Distinction.”

“This designation reaffirms the work that our dedicated teachers and staff members complete with students on a daily basis,” said Superintendent Dale A. McVey. “We are thrilled to be once again ranked among Ohio’s top school districts and we will continue our work to empower all graduates to thrive in the 21st Century."
