CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) - earned through accomplishments in education, experience and volume of transactions, this designation is considered the "PHD" of Real Estate. It is the highest designation that can be awarded to a Residential Realtor. In fact, only about 4% of all licensed Realtors can claim this designation.
Certified Relocation Specialist - earned through classroom study, identifies a Realtor as having the knowledge and skills to help companies relocate their employees to new cities and states.

Getting the Highest Price for Your Home
Staging the interior of the home as well as improving its curb appeal is key and could make a difference as to whether people stop and call the AVR (Activated Voice Respose) number, or drive right by. - Title insurance fees depend on the sales price of the home.
- Broker's commission is a full-service fee and will cost anywhere between 5% to 7%.
- Local property transfer tax, county transfer tax, state transfer tax, and state capital gains tax are the charges that you'll pay for the privilege of selling your home.
